Susan Mills serves as the Vice Chairwoman of the North Carolina Republican Party. She is a lifelong North Carolina resident, born in Rowan County and now living in Fayetteville.  A graduate of Appalachian State University, she is a high school teacher in Sampson County.  

Prior to being elected NCGOP Vice Chairwoman, Susan served the GOP as a County Chair, a District Vice Chair, and President of the North Carolina Federation of Republican Women, In 2020, Susan was elected to serve on the 2020 Electoral College and cast her vote for President Trump and VP Pence.
